The Apartmenthouse is located very near the Vienna City Hall (Rathaus) with its Rathausplatz square where every year the traditional Christmas market is held as well as a variety of other cultural events throughout the year such as the opening of the Vienna Festival and the Life Ball; it is in the very heart of Vienna.

Just a few minutes away on foot you will find many of the sights of the city including the Vienna Imperial Palace, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Natural History Museum, the Secession and the University.

The Levante Laudon is at the very heart of cultural Vienna: it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the traditional theatres such as the Opera and Imperial Court Theatre, the Theater in der Josefstadt, the Vienna English Theatre, the Theater an der Wien and the Volkstheater (peoples’ theatre). But also nearby are the University of Vienna, the "Altes AKH" university campus and the museums quarter (MQ), opened in 2001, including the Leopold Museum, the MUMOK (Museum of Modern Art – the Leopold foundation), the dance quarter, the Architecture Center Vienna, the Kunsthalle and the Quartier 21...are not far away.

And our guests can walk to one of the city’s most traditional shopping streets, the Mariahilferstrasse, in just 5 minutes. The Vienna U-Bahn rapid railway (lines U2 and U3) stop right in front of the hotel and are the ideal way to get to the State Opera House and St. Stephens Square, to the Musikverein or to the Ernst-Happel stadium, the Vienna Messe business park, to the Prater park or to the Donauinsel Danube island.
